The interactive sessions featured over 11 of Africans foremost speakers and leadership gurus as they shared tips and advice with participants on how they can be seen and accepted by international clients. The event officially kicked-off with a few words from the Co-founder of Nadet Academy, Precious Isikadi. Precious in his welcome address attributed the reason for the summit to be a study conducted on the “Reasons for the low success rate of Africans” were it was identified and revealed that Africans way of thinking and their poor approach in implementing strategies taught and learnt has been the reason for the low success rate of Africans. He also noted that the result of this studies has inspired him to hosting the 2020 Mindshift Summit that was tagged “Repositioning the African Mentality for Global Relevance” which is solely to create a sporadic change in Africans way of thinking and help leaders both young and old to grow in relevance globally.
The engaging session kicked off with an introductory speech by Precious Isikadi, who reiterated his interest and commitment towards engineering global ideas and innovations and also creating and promoting digital tools and technological advancement in different fields and industry to support Africans and the world at large. An example of such global ideas and innovations that have alarmed global recognition is the founding of Nadet Academy –a new world class online course platform and one

The speakers spoke from their experiences gained in the course of their careers, the challenges they faced and the lessons they have learned so far from those challenges. Growth: Promotional development should always be your tool for promotion. Don’t be always be at one stage or level of knowledge, be a proven expert in your field. 4. Be productive: Don’t be a labor with no results individual. It is not enough to be busy, but always be productive in all your endeavors.
